I understand that and honestly I could get rid of stuff. However, it's something I enjoy. I like trying different things. Like I said, most have something specific I like to cook on.

Oh I know, always better that it goes to helping others! I've been looking in to getting an offset to do some more smoking, and a little tooling around with one would be a good time

Weber Kettle Charcoal Grill
Weber Summit Propane Gas Grill
Weber Smoky Mountain Smoker - 22.5" model

I guess I'm a Weber fanboy though I didn't entirely plan it out that way.

Think more of this, not an offset.

I was too afraid of how long they would take to cook.

Dont be scared, when you wrap it just throw it in the oven to finish if you are pressed for time.

I have an Old Smokey and a Barrel Smoker that i built. Havent had the need for anything else. But one day i think i will get a pellet grill and an offset smoker. I just dont have a large covered area to put these things.

If you are interested in this grill for free come and pick up in Alexandria, it is a beast for sure, just no need for it at this time.

Thanks

look at the one built by biggerbear above, it is dang close, but has some rust up top, going to take a lot of eelbow grease, but it is in great shape once paint is redone.

I want to pick up a blackstone, but don't have the space. The LSG takes up a lot of room.
