I got a Lone Star Grill a couple years ago and I love it. They just rolled out a pellet grill that is getting great reviews too. I went with the 20x42 offset and have done 2 briskets at a time, but easily have room for more. The smokers are very well made and the griddle/grill over the firebo...

The cutting boards are epicurean boards. I’ve got two of them and really like them. There have been some reports of them warping, but I haven’t had an issue and I’ve had mine for 5+ years. [link=(https://www.epicureancs.com/product-category/cutting-boards/)]Epicurean Boards[/link]...

When I ordered them I was expecting them to be in the range of 2.5 lbs, but they came in a good bit larger (3.7 lbs and 4 lbs.). As a result, 4 adults splits one of the ribeyes. We'll have the second one for dinner tonight. ...

Tomahawk Ribeyes

First post, so go easy on me. Cooked a couple of Snake River Farms Tomahawk Ribeyes last night. They were huge, one was 3.7 lbs and the other was 4 lbs. We did indirect heat in the smoker for about 2 hours at 275 until they hit an internal temp of 120. I let them rest for about 10 mins and then m...
