Many times and since 2006.

Why don't you man up and tell the 60+ year old to silence his phone instead of running to a message board?

Slightly off topic as not discussing an actual cigar, but for those of you that have larger humidors, like a "Wineador" or cigar cabinet conversions, do you have trouble with noticeable RH drops as the AC cycle in your home runs more than average given the extreme heat conditions outside? My Wineador is mostly stable during the year, but am filling the water reservoir of the Cigar Oasis every two weeks, currently.

Well, it is certainly easier to go with flat than it is to learn how to actually cut, cope and install decorative moldings. Not much art to flat. Just clean lines.

Then go with what you want.

Personally, I'd go with the Colonial as it will definitely "age" better than flat moulding.

A 6" colonial trim will have a much larger flat space, so do not think it would look very "busy" at all. Flat moulding may look pretty boring but without knowing what the trim looks like around the shutters, I think the colonial 6" is the best choice.

Exactly. Never did we ever fertilize the lawn when I was growing up. Push mower through THICK st Aug on a summer day and water from the hose pipe.

Way back, the Trader Joe's was a Winn Dixie

Was a Delchamps.
Also, next to it was a Radio Shack and bookstore. Can't remember what was in the place the dollar store now occupies.

K'mart was the anchor in the other large building that borders the street where the gymnastic place is located.

You do need to live in certain parts of Mandeville to get into specific Mandeville school districts.
Need to know your house budget.

Mandeville for public schools, and some are better than others. So, name your price for house and will give more specific details on where to live.

Agreed, after getting the shot for prevention, still getting covid and dad's health improving, we said screw getting multiple boosters later on. But in the moment and at multiple doctor's prompting, it was a mitigating risks decision when he was at his worst.

Lol.you got the clot shot.

Well, it wasn't a choice I made without much reflection, but my brother and I were balancing work life and health care for our 92 year old father who was battling some heart issues at home and in the hospital. He was on hospice and required around the clock care. We decided to not risk the unknown and since we weren't able to fully quarantine, it was a health decision for our dad. We did get four more years out of dad and worked him into assisted living and no hospice where he lived out his life, going out on his terms. He was a tough and resilient man who was sent home to die, and wasn't ready to go out like that.

Now I ask you, would you do everything it takes to minimize risk for a loved one?

And for the record, I got one "clot" shot and one booster during the time caring for our dad, and had covid 4 times, lol. The shot, in hindsight, was worthless, but I was not going to be the reason my dad died.

Sorry to tell you, but ole mom and dad more than likely dragged your arse to the doctor for your school shots, and the micro plastics you ingest every day, and steroid shots, and anesthesia if ever you've had surgery, etc.

Kinda sounds to me like maybe they just changed their mind and are using the inspection as a cop out.

While I agree, I don't think it's a cop out. The buyer is just trying to get their best deal, and looking at upcoming major expenses is not a bad negotiating tool. The seller can just say no, or negotiate if wanting to sell.
