My wife thinks I have an addiction to cookers and smokers. They all serve a purpose in my outdoor kitchen. Was just thinking about this as I cook a pork butt on my Pit Barrell Cooker for first time. Curious what other people have.

My list:
Weber kettle
Weber spirit propane
PBC
Home made 1/4in steele plate stand up smoker
Orion cooker
Stick burner made at Angola
black stone griddle
Green mountain pellet cooker

Weber Spirit Propane Grill
Oklahoma Joe Bronco Drum Smoker

Covers all my needs. I can convert the Drum smoker to a charcoal grill as well.

How have you liked your pit barrel cooker so far? I find it a rib cooking machine. Doing my first Boston butt on it today

I have not cooked any ribs yet. I cooked a Tri Tip and loved it. Will be doing ribs next week. Any tips you have learned on the ribs?

I have hung them for entire cook and wrapped half way through. Both have turned out good. Only advice is, don't cook for time, cook to how they feel and look.

Oklahoma Joe's Reverse Flow.

The more legit version too. Not the cheap, much lighter version that has shown up at Academy lately.

That's all I have and need. I can do smaller, quick cooks over coals or wood in the fire box, or long smokes utilizing the barrel.

Before that, I always had an Old Smokey.

Ive entertained a Bull or Traeger, just dont see the need for it. Smoke on the Primo all the time.

Currently just a Weber Kettle but looking for my next one. Torn between a vertical drum smoker like the Oklahoma Joe Bronco or Weber Smokey Mountain. Or if I want to bite the bullet and go with an offset like the Oklahoma Joe Highlander Reverse flow or the Old Country Pecos. I like the convenience of a vertical smoker since I'd typically do overnight smokes. But I really feel like I might be missing out on better flavor of a stick burner.

Agreed, ribs are great on the PBC. Ribs and chicken are my favorite on the pbc.

Weber Smokey Joe
Weber Kettle
Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker
Weber Genesis (gen 1)

I will add a stick burner in the Fall. That should give me enough time to obsess over which one to buy. Analysis paralysis is the only thing saving me from having 30 grills. BTW, may add a PK Grill, too.
