re: Any USAA policy holders noticed a decline in customer service?
Posted by MsandLa on 6/10/25 at 1:30 pm
I've never had any problems with them. Made several claims in last few years. They were always courteous and paid in a timely manner with no issues.
My youngest does roofing as a side gig . He has found USAA to be the easiest to deal with. With that said, he loathes State Farm
I hate to hear it's going down.

Not trying to high thread but are Poncho shirts worth the money? Both my sons love them but im frugal with my money when it comes to clothes. Nothing to fancy for me.
I got several $20 Realtree fishing shirts from Walmart, I like them. Lol

Beautiful pictures.
We took a family trip there a few years ago. Yellowstone was cool but the Tetons were amazing. The prettiest place I have ever been.

Yep
Eta: a donkey is a peculiar animal. Don't ever know if it's going to love on you or kick you in the head

Does anyone else remember this as a kid? Whatever happened to it? Was it a small town thing, was a fun time.

I agree, their customer service is good. But, I don't want to be replacing parts on a brand new smoker.
When the customer service guy told me I could call them for assistance to replace control board they sent me, I was done. Probably didn't cook on it 10 times
Eta. Two fans, auger, and control board

True. You got the guys and gals that show up in a cajun special, then you have the ones from across the lake showing up in their boats. All have a good time
