I’ve got a Weber 3 burner gas grill and a Masterbuilt cabinet smoker. I’ve pondered getting a charcoal grill also, but we’re empty nesters and I just don’t really need it.
I use them both pretty regularly.

Weber Summit Charcoal Grilling Center
Weber Performer
Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5
Weber Q1200
Getting rid of the Performer since I never touch it since getting the Summit. Only use the WSM for overfill when I'm smoking a lot of meat that the Summit can't handle. Only use the Q1200 for quick weeknight meals, but honestly hardly ever touch it. Summit is 99% of what I use it seems.

Have a smokey joe weber at home and the camp. Can't beat it.
At the camp I also have:
Gas weber
Brinkmann vertical smoker
Camp Chef two-burner
I really want a blackstone griddle, probably when we move.
I had some flames shoot out of wierd places on the gas weber and haven't used it since, probably has a clogged line but I don't get a lot of time at the camp (1000 miles away) and I like to spend it with my family rather than fixing stuff.
The Brinkmann is probably 15+ years old and long ago I melted the paint off when I was learning to use it. I packed it full of wood and forgot about it. My dad called and said it was billowing smoke into his house. It was so hot it had burnt off the paint. Whooops... I know better now.
For years in our 20's we would smoke a pork shoulder for the weekend and enjoy it, but everybody has kids now and nobody wants to watch it.

I have a Char-Griller that's been the primary way to cook over fire. Over Christmas I got a Traeger from a family member who wasn't sure what to do with it. Thing is about 10 years old but works. Every now and then i'll put the bbq pit screen over the solostove for added char, or to feel like i'm a cave man cooking over a wood fire.
