UPDATED: your choices to live for the next 2-4 yrs: S'port, Spokane, Dover, Charleston

Which one do you choose and why?
I have in-laws in S'port, no family in any of the other places, or even close.
Military if it's not obvious.
UPDATE:
I still haven't figured out where I'm at in the "assignment draft", I should be second or third out of four people. The wife (No pics) and I have narrowed it down to Dover (close to the ocean and several metropolises) and Spokane (we love the open west). We'd like to try something new after spending all but three years of our lives in the humid south.
Kids want Dover since I've told them Shreveport isn't happening.
Anyone lived around Dover or Spokane? Pros/cons?
The only other option is that I'm waiting to hear back on a Chief slot with the Arkansas ANG at LRAFB.
UPDATE 2

Unless there's some family reason to pick one of the others, Spokane and it's not close.

Personally Charleston. It’s a matter of what’s important to you I guess though

Dover England?
If that. There. If not, Charleston

Shreveport, Spokane, and Charleston are kinda meh, and I don't really know much about Dover. But I guess Charleston.

That's what I'm thinking too... the family aspect is what's preventing it at this time.

If no family obligation, go to spokane for awhile....different lifestyle but pnw is amazing.
Charleston second, cost of living is high as hell, n charleston is like n baton rouge, and also.......hurricane bs.
Dover and shreveport no effin way
Military- At least see the pretty US when your not seeing the world

Charleston without a second thought.

Spokane. Beautiful area, relatively low cost of living compared to most of the west coast. Being in Eastern Washington the area gets way less rain than the coastal PNW.

Shreveport seems like the obvious answer.
