Pickens is a free agent after this season and will want WR1 money. He’s a head-case and giving him that much money is bound to blow up in our face. Would much rather have Vele on a rookie contract for two more years and draft a WR1 this year or next.

The other AI ( actually Indians) is taking American tech jobs. Some will get hired back to fix AI’s mess but most will be replaced by other offshoring markets (Latin America/Eastern Europe).

Every time I visit back home, there’s more and more Arab businesses taking over. There’s three Yemeni coffee places off of Manhattan now, half a dozen businesses with Arabic writing along Terry Parkway, a bunch of shawarma places and two halal grocery stores along Lapalco. Westbank JP is becoming Westbank Palestine.

Demario is still playing at a high level. Re-sign him for 1 more year, trade Werner, and start Stutsman next to him. Then get his replacement in 2027 when we have $150M in cap space.
