Charleston.

Spokane isn't as great as people seem to think. It's very different from the coastal areas of the PNW.

Is inland Washington near the Montana border really the PNW though?

Shreveport, Spokane, and Charleston are kinda meh, and I don't really know much about Dover. But I guess Charleston.

How on Earth can someone call Charleston "meh"? Do you hate world class food, hot women, and a fun nightlife?

Spokane. Because the PNW has great seafood, great mountains and decent winters with snow nearby, but not intrusively so.

Your body deserves to live without oppressive humidity for a while and to live where there aren't a lot of people.

Dover is too close to Philadelphia and the mess that is the east Coast.

Charleston has charm surrounded by the kind of problems you've already become accustomed to. The swamps are a bit different, but the hurricanes aren't.

Shreveport if you have family memebers getting older faster and you want to spend time with them.

Charleston. If not that, Spokane. Literally, why would you bother to even consider the other two?

Spokane is basically Northern Idaho. It's nice there and you aren't far from C'oure d'Alene.

I think you need to go look on a map exactly where Spokane is.

Shreveport is full blown ghetto. 100% shite hole. Take your life in your hand certain places of town.Sorry city government.

You're a real pussy if you can't live in a city with a couple hundred thousand people because of one person.

I wouldn't be hanging out at the Applebee's or Walmart like you anyways, you'd never see me

Go live in Spokane for the summer and enjoy hiking through the mountains with zero humidity and highs in the 70s, then let me know your decision.

Idaho, and Yes. Geographically it's always been PNW
