How is he cool with radical leftist judges?

Ask your fellow progressive.

I never said she did anything in this case one way or another. I pointed out that she is a biased radical leftist.

That’s pretty clear.

Of course not, but she is a Dem judge. Those damned Dem judges simply cannot be trusted to be fair in cases involving Real Americans (tm).

Just look at that a-hole Bruce Schroeder. Almost unanimously, we knew before the trial ever started that he was going to screw Kyle. fricking Dem.

His team has fricked him harder than she ever could.

His attorneys turned over 2 years worth of text messages, and then ignored offers to have them returned.

The text messages proved Jones perjured himself at trial, and now the Jan. 6 committee has requested them.

And they allegedly produced child portraits, too. This Hunter's laptop, but with full receipts.

The punitive damage portion of the trial starts tomorrow. If the jury awards punitives that is where the real pain comes in. They get to hear testimony on Jone's net worth and Free Speech Systems' valuation.

To the OP, all judges are biased it is a fact of humanity. That being said I have watched maybe 50% of the trial and haven't seen anything I could complain about from the defense table. I thought they might have a shot at appeal on the granting of the Motion for Default Judgement but the basis was bad faith in discovery so the phone records turned over by accident tend to illustrate just how serious their bad faith was.

Unfortunately for Jones ineffective assistance of counsel is limited to criminal cases in TX (as in most states) except for involuntary commitments and some parental rights cases. See Cherqui v Westheimer St. Festival Corp and Kaposta v Green. Unless it is some elaborate strategy I can't see Reynal has made an absolute mess of this case.

Doesn't matter. State media poisoned most people against Alex Jones. Most defense lawyers, juries and judges will be biased against him, because they know if they're not, a violent mob that is above the law may show up at their houses.

If he used his influence to slander people, then he should definitely compensate. It's just tiring that only non-state media influences are punished for lying and perpetuating conspiracy theories.

Gotcha, so she was fair or at least you don't have any examples of bias in her dealings with Jones furing this case, but she's a horribly biased radical leftist..... Gotcha.

It wasn't immediately dismissed due to the chilling effect any other outcome would have on free speech and the criticism function journalism plays in our free society.

In criminal cases, Jones would definitely have an appeal for ineffective counsel.

Not sure that applies in a civil case, but he should sure be able to sue the attorneys for malpractice.

Well, she is a Dem elected official who posts Dem stuff on her personal page. It does not get much worse than that.

You realize most judges in this country are elected positions and their political party is listed next to their name on the ballot, right?

I know you're just being the contrarian piece of shite who thinks they're smarter than everyone else, but even you have to see how this judge could be a problem in a case like this. Those people do not have the ability to leave their political views at the door.
