Long story short you still can't answer the question directly.
re: Crypto bros., why isn't Bitcoin more widely used?

Huh? Not sure why you're mad, I own and have traded crypto. It's just not a great currency vehicle outside that use case. Was just providing an example of how that volatility you mentioned fricked people over before when they spend it.

Oh there are crypto applications that make sense for things like shipment tracking. But those will all be done on private chains based on forks for specific application purposes and have little to do with the currency applications.

Don't be laszlo
quote:
On May 22, 2010, Laszlo Hanyecz wrote a pivotal chapter in the history of cryptocurrencies. Back then, he made the first commercial transaction with Bitcoin by paying 10,000 BTC for two pizzas. At the time, this sum was equivalent to just $41, a figure that seemed reasonable for a couple of pizzas.
However, with the evolution and exponential growth of the value of Bitcoin in recent years, the price of that purchase has reached astronomical figures. Today, with Bitcoin fluctuating between $96,000 and $100,000 per unit, those 10,000 BTC would be worth approximately $1 billion. This makes those two pizzas the most expensive in history.

Biggest hurdles
Lack of privacy on the chain. If I know your wallet Public key I know everything you ever bought.
Speed of the transaction. It's much faster than banking transactions that take days....it's much slower than your debit card or phone tap to pay
Wild value fluctuations on the currency would be a pain in the arse to account for.
Still kinda complicated to setup and manage wallets securely, although continues to get easier.
And then long term bitcoins are going to be pretty scarce and require lots of fun decimals to keep track of since there will only ever be 21 million but coins.
Lack of smart contract support as well at least as of my last research into crypto.

Renewables should just be one portion of the energy mix.
The answer today is simply nuclear until we figure out fusion. Green energy especially solar continues to get cheaper but nuclear is far too stable to ignore further

Sec. 4. Using National Security Assets for Law and Order. (a) Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security and the heads of agencies as appropriate, shall increase the provision of excess military and national security assets in local jurisdictions to assist State and local law enforcement.
(b) Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Defense, in coordination with the Attorney General, shall determine how military and national security assets, training, non-lethal capabilities, and personnel can most effectively be utilized to prevent crime.
Why do local police need military equipment to be used on our own civilian population?

Well it went from fixing the deficit to barely scratching the surface from an expectation standpoint. They've definitely been told to shut up and message it different though. It was a pretty bad look to have Elon on stage celebrating the layoffs with a chainsaw...

Why only 4th and 8th grade scores being reported?
re: Senator Josh Hawley Reintroduces the Pelosi Act

Should also include crypto and the executive branch as well.
This is a good start though. Naming is pretty funny.

Now that's both funny and a good idea. Should cover all elected officials including president and vice president.
re: Tariff Revenue Isn’t Coming Close to Trump’s $3 Billion Daily Promise
Posted by oklahogjr on 4/28/25 at 1:03 pm
The real question is how would tarrifs ever replace other income taxes. Even at the goal trump stated that's 1 trillion dollars a year ...no where near enough to even cover the deficit let alone cover the need for income tax

I don't disagree with him on this. If the mother is supposed to be removed or not following a court process then removing her child with her on request makes sense.

You cited the highlights there. Not one of them was a Christian belief were founded upon.
re: Why America was founded as a Christian nation

My point is that anytime when asked what Christian beliefs we were founded on, no one can specify those beliefs. Or we get something weak stated such as well just read the declaration of independence or 10 commandments say don't murder example shown...
Something such as a belief were foundef upon shouldnt need all the extra go read and debate a blog post nonsense. It should be as simple as showing biblically this is a Christian belief that we uphold and here is that same belief in our constitution. Anything other than that so far has been a pretty big stretch to link Christianity to our founding principles.

When did this happen?
quote:
The believer is to obey authorities up to the point that the believer is forced to do something immoral or let something immoral happen. When the latter is the case, believers are to take a stand morally which can include active resistance. That is why the brothers in Daniel 3 did not obey. In that particular case, they passively resisted
As you mentioned here Daniel 3 discussed at most a passive resistance. Which is not really a great example for active resistance... Do you have examples of active resistance similar to what colonist did?
quote:
You've been pointed to resources. The only person who can work on the understanding is you. And it is an easy win
You clearly aren't able to articulate your beliefs. The Christian blogs were read and found lacking or biased. I'm simply trying to give you the ability to state your logic/reason to why American was founded on Christian beliefs. If you're unable to provide a direct answer I'll move on as it's clear it's not the case based on answers so far...

you completely eliminate the taxpayer money that was distributed by USAID to all of the stupid shite that it went to, yeah, taxes could be significantly reduced.
If you took average dispersement of 23 billion a year it would take 74 years to pay off this years deficit
