Big city - Boston. Really wanna catch the Sox and Yankees at Fenway.
Smaller - Anchorage/Juneau. Just really want to take a cruise to Alaska.

Chicago and Boston. And maybe Phillie.
I've traveled a ton for work, but never had a conference in those places and never worked for a company that owned a hospital there. I've been to most of the other big cities.
