I strive to get at least 10K steps everyday. I’m 65 and there are days when I exceed and those that I don’t make my goal. According to my Garmin Forerunner, I incorporate running, 4.1 today and 3.2 yesterday, and walking to get my steps. During football season, I normally get 25-30+K steps on a Saturday due to running in the morning and walking around campus on gameday.

Unfortunately, these people only listen to what the media narrative tells them. They don't bother to fact check anything. No one is cutting either social security or medicare as the media outlets such as CNN and MSNBC say. People are so gullible.

One of the things I'm hoping comes out of these tariffs is that restaurants will be forced to start serving domestic and local seafood instead of the unhealthy imported stuff.

I don't regret voting for Trump because he's much better than the alternative. As far as the tariffs go, I'm hoping it forces places that serve crappy imported seafood like Cork’s and their Vietnamese catfish, to start serving domestic.

I am / was a Federal employee who took advantage of the buyout and have selected retirement. I was a very good employee but I also know that just like anyone else, my job was expendable. No one is above replacement. I chose the buyout because I wasn’t going to work past December which will give me ten years with my agency. When I hit my selected retirement date, I wish I was getting a fat pension but I’m not. I’m thankful for my military retirement, TSP and social security because, without those, my Fed retirement would be just enough to rent a cardboard box under an overpass.
