re: Who is buying all the trucks?

The used truck market has been crazy for 10 years. I don’t understand it.

JBE was not that liberal.

I kind of agree with that, but his stance on Covid restrictions pissed me off.
Hey I have a special thought.
Fck you!!!
Not sure, but you know there will be 19 threads on here about how bad it is.
What is the threshold for the definition of high income with this?
Not sure how high I was, but I took a flight in a tiny place up to base camp for Mnt McKinley.

They still have a decent amount of people in Nola supporting offshore stuff. As a matter of fact, they are currently in construction for their own office building a little upriver from the Convention center.

I think I’ll consider voting for a democrat over Landry at this point

I’m with you on this. Fck Landry.
I hated him before and last week when he was running his mouth about LSU sports, I hated him more.
This buffer zone issue is just icing on the cake.
He loves his campaign contributions, especially lawsuit happy lawyers. He sucks arse.

Landry would have me considering Bernie Sanders

LOL
I’m with you one this. I will tell anyone of my conservative friends(I’m conservative) that I would take JBE back over Landry. Jeff is such a dumbass and then speaks and confirms it.
Im thinking of booking a last minute flight for sometime over Thanksgiving.
Any chance that if the government resolves this BS in the next few weeks that we might see some good deals for Thanksgiving due to so many people probably canceling travel plans?

They'll bring that BS voting with them.

As opposed to the normal La voting? LOL

Don’t get me wrong. I’m pissed about this situation. I will be leaving the state in the next five years.
Fishing is very good currently. I do worry about fishing in the future.

If they are leaving this state for fishing trips, they must know how to fish.
I’m not up to speed on fresh water fishing, but inshore and offshore salt water fishing down here is still amazing.

re: Club areas at airports?

Thanks all.
I’ve only used the United Club and they are good, but I have nothing to compare them to.
I’ve only done it with one time passes I get from Chase and more often than not these clubs are full.
Really helped the other day though when I was at IAH four hours before my flight. One club was full but I went over to the one in C and timed it right and got in after the morning rush finished.

Are we talking about Weeks?
I still cut my own. It’s not a big yard. One summer when I was on a crazy work schedule I hired someone, but it’s so annoying to pay for that.

Oil changes is something I have no problem paying for though.

Club areas at airports?

Posted by notiger1997 on 11/5/25 at 2:16 pm
For you road warriors, rank the best club areas around the country airports and then let us know the reward cards/or pay you used to get the membership?
A long arse time ago I worked at a a shipyard that built navy ships.
One day we had ICE, NCIS, and FBI show up in our office and went to get one of our fellow employees. They took him into a conference room and told him nothing then went into his office and grabbed his hard drive and some files.

Turns out that in his role before joining our team, he had been in the office that approved contractor badges and such. He was never charged with anything because the illegals ha very good fake documents.
Until they start arresting and charging the employers, this crap will never stop with using cheap labor.
