They may keep the 8, but revert back to the font Reddick used. The font KFB uses is the one he designed.

Wouldn’t hate that. Wouldn’t be opposed to changing 8 back to 31 either.

Outright retiring it, I’m not sure. But at least change the font back to what it was in 2022.

Feels like we’re in the twilight zone. Like this isn’t real

Those two never got along, but neither one could deny the other had chops. Made for a great rivalry.

Your username is appropriate. Felt like I got hit by a sledgehammer when I got the news.
I just saw a report of Kyle Busch dying.

Wow. That was fast. Hospitalized this morning.

Edit: i missed the pinned post.

This is one fricking dumb arse format.

Half the cars in the field have no business being called “all stars.”

I’ve got a wide taste. Not ashamed of it.

I like the first 2 Sugar Ray albums. Maybe because it’s so different.

Mainly Sugar Ray but it does apply to Incubus too. Sugar Ray is basically yacht rock now. At least incubus still plays alternative.

But yeah the sweet spot was that run between SCIENCE, Make Yourself, and Morning View.

While I like the Sugar Ray stuff post-2000, I can’t help but think of what they’d have been like had they stuck with the nu metal/funk metal direction. Those first two albums sound so much different than the rest of their discography.

I don’t think Honda is out of the picture yet. I think you need to see nascar welcome a more manufacturer driven engine formula for Honda to come in.

I’m ok with giving OEMs a little bit of freedom with engine as long as there is a balance of power.

RC will never leave the bow tie. Only person in the building that wants to stay.

Some younger guys I’d definitely keep my eye on.

Corey Heim
Brent Crews
Jesse Love
Corey Day
Gio Ruggerio
Kaden Honeycutt
Carson Kvapil
Rajah Caruth
Taylor Gray
Sam Mayer
Brendan Queen
Parker Retzlaff
Tristan McKee

Heim is all but a lock for 23XI next year. Crews appears to be the heir to Hamlin at Gibbs. I’d expect Gray to end up at Gibbs too. Ty is listed as his car owner in the O’Reilly series (Ty will get someone fired to bring him in).

Love is likely to go to Legacy if Busch does not leave Childress. Gio and Honeycutt look like guys that are talented enough to get to cup, but with who?

Kvapil is a Penske signee (rumored). Rajah is destined for a ride at Spire (long term). Day is destined for Hendrick at some point. McKee is only 15, but he’s highly thought of by spire

Mayer is only 22 years old. So is Retzlaff. Queen is the obvious choice for Dodge when they officially return. Queen and Haley are the long term as of now.
They’d be more productive running into a brick wall multiple times.

Nah. Zilisch is the real deal. Trackhouse is either sponsored by Kubota or they’re driving them. Only places they routinely show up with pace are road courses. And that’s because SVG is one of the 5 best racers on the planet.

We clowned Suarez when he said there were issues there on his way out the door. He wasn’t wrong.

Why not? 4-5 passing zones on the track. Thats more than Sonoma and Watkins Glen.

I was surprised too. Figured they’d try Denver first.
LSU 2019 is the GOAT.

People even copying the Gat dance in the White House.

End this argument now.
