Pope Leo was not a surprise at all. Pope Francis and Pope Leo were very close. Pope Leo was the prefect of the Dicastery for Bishops, a cardinal-bishop and served on the Pontifical Commission for the Vatican City State.

He was not the favorite, but he was very clearly in the top 5 discussion going into voting.
I think I paid $75 per for a Silverado last year.

The parts aren’t expensive but it’s time consuming and you need the programmer to sync them to the right spot.

You think the majority of people here would suckerpunch some random guy who had nothing to do with it? I disagree.

I think when you factor in 1) losing 2) drinking 3) heckling and 4) getting a beer thrown on you, a lot of people would get physical in some capacity.

I’m not defending the dude, and he will need to deal with what he did, but I get why he snapped.
All it takes is one drunk fan to fuel the hate.

My buddy got hit in the face with a half eaten apple in UF. That still pisses me off 15 years later. After that, we tailgated with some UF fans for the whole day near there concrete tunnel thing. Had so much fun they joined us the following year in Baton Rouge.

I love a little heckling back and forth. I don’t like being touched or screamed at.

All the above said, we are out of pitching. Should be a high-scoring game

Who is your Sunday starter?
Germans as hell, but a lot of people on this board would react the same way if someone threw a beer on them.
I understand why TAMu has little brother syndrome with UT in baseball:

Texas
6 CWS Titles
6 CWS Runner Ups
38 Appearances (Most all time)

Texas A&M
0 CWS Titles
1 CWS Runner Up
8 CWS Appearances

Whoof.

He’s in a unique spot because he will never be the greatest pitcher or the greatest hitter, but he’s by far the best pitcher/hitter combo.

It’s hard to quantify- I’d say he is on track to be one of the greatest all around MLB players in history. He’s already earned a trip to the HOF.

I don’t know if we will ever see another talent that is just so good at swinging the bat and pitching.

Sheep is a great man, and his wife is amazing too! Happy for them, they seem to love Houston.

I lived next to TM7, JJ, Morris Claiborne, and Shep for two years. He was always super nice and welcoming.

I wonder if his gigantic testicles will slow down the healing process of his leg.
I ain't reading all that. You do what you need to do for your family.

My wife and I lived in Georgia when I was in grad school and first the first few years of our professional career. We made the most out of it, made a lot of great friends and memories.

That’s fricking crazy to me

I did not think I had to directly say it was a joke.....

Winning a title is hard, clearly don't expect it every year.

But officially, Jay at LSU:

2022 - Regional
2023 - CWS Champion
2024 - Regional
2025 - CWS Champion
2026 - Regional?
2027 - CWS Champion?
Michigan's entire starting 5 were transfers and they just won a title
