The good ones usually have a host of contacts that they can refer for anything under the sun. And they are usually trustworthy, competent, and affordable since they want to maintain the relationship.

Priorities. Louisianans spend more time planning for and worrying about sports, hunting, drinking, partying compared to healthcare, economy, schools, etc.
