It does because we're not trying to maximize a profit center.

What do you think is a realistic max profit for LSU basketball? Selling 80-90% of our tickets wouldn't add that much more money. Sure it helps but not much. The bigger solution from a purely business standpoint is to quit spending so much on WBB

It doesn't matter all that much. They make money by riding the coattails of the SEC TV contract. It's not like baseball where you have to sell tickets to make money
They're all too damn expensive

Maybe in the top 10 of all time

None of these teams are as good as the teams pre transfer portal. The depth just isn't there anymore.

The fricking elitist attitude of the fans who think they're better than everyone else because they're still happy even when our team sucks year after year.... yall are just complacent people. Would make good Cleveland Browns fans
I think some coaches actually prefer the one year contract model, at least the ones at the more desirable programs. It's more advantageous for the top schools to be able to evaluate and move on if they want.
I'm starting to worry that we're not gonna get a playoff game in death valley
You need HS players for depth. It's easier to convince HS players to come and be backups than it is guys with 1-2 years of eligibility
I went to OM but I couldn't stand it so I'm a Tiger fan now
Not saying he can't play in his style of offense. I just can't think of a QB under Kiffin that's really comparable to Haven.

Regardless of that, I still think Haven has a very long ways to go and probably won't be SEC starter caliber until around year 3. He has limitless upside but just isn't very polished and if he wants to play right away then I'd rather him just go somewhere else and come back later
I haven't watched TV since the portal opened except to see OM lose

What is there to understand 8 months before they hit the field?

I like to think of myself as a message board genius but I must admit my knowledge of Ja’Quan Sprinkle and the NC Central offensive line is lagging a bit behind. However, there are posters on this board that know a bit about him and the rest of these guys and I'd like to learn

Thanks, I wasn't aware
I mean sure, but I'm curious and impatient. The season is too damn far away

Help me out on the Offensive Line

Just trying to understand where all these guys project

Using only the guys currently signed would the projected 2 deep look like this?:

LT: Strey, Thompkins
LG: Harper, Thomas
C: Moore, Satterwhite
RG: Bah, Sprinkle
RT: Davis, JaKolby Jones
I think Verge must've hit the powerball or something. I'd love to know where all this fricking money is coming from
Lane seems to genuinely enjoy recruiting. It's something that most people simply don't like and it's what makes people like him and Jay unique. I'll admit I had plenty of doubts about Kiffin but he's absolutely killing it so far
Is there an ole miss message board where I can witness the carnage?
Everyone tampers. The only people that deserve to be shamed are the ones who cry about tampering
