Yea I've been trying to increase the weight while staying in that rep range. I don't increase it nearly as often as I do on the compound lifts. Some of these are just difficult movements to progress. Like a rear delt cable fly just isn't going to keep going up the same way a bench press would. For...
He would be great at the back end of games
I seem to remember him struggling to put hitters away and pitching a little more to contact which doesn't seem as conducive to a reliever role. But I just looked up his stats from 2023 and he had 15 Ks in 18.1 innings so maybe I'm misremembe...

Thanks for the post. Nice photos!
you want to fly from Malta to that City and continue on later from there to the US? First thing I'd think of is how much time is 3 days actually. Flying from Malta, getting there, checking in etc., burns a day right there. But may you have factored that i...
Roster has plenty enough talent to win it all. Will just come down to staying healthy and getting hot at the right time. Shores developing a better out pitch and not being too FB dependent will go a very long way. He has the talent to be damn near an auto win every week...
By everyone you mean 5-7 other teams, right?
No I mean just about everyone. The talent level has raised across the board. Maybe only 5-7 other teams have as much as LSU.
