Just like all the Swimming and Curling that we watch outside of the Olympics.

They’ll probably watch US Soccer games. I doubt they watch MLS or UEFA.

I only watch the World Cup. I try to watch some afterwards but the skill level is just down so much. They are all star teams in the Cup

World Cup is a lot of fun. I just can’t get into club ball where I don’t give a shite about their town or team.

The Premier League champion would dog walk the World Cup champion any time. Talent and chemistry for the top teams in the PL is unreal.

I get that if you are watching MLS, but if you watch the EPL, La Liga or Bundesliga, there is no talent dropoff and pace of play is actually faster because the rosters are more in-sync playing and training together over the course of a season as opposed to the international game where you are only together for a week outside of the World Cup.

Curling is actually a lot better outside the Olympics.

The Brier (Canadian Men’s finals) is an absolute wicked 10 day party

For their sake, I would hope not.

Not really. The top clubs in Europe are the all-star teams. They're loaded with players who play for their national teams.

Hell, Spurs almost got relegated from the Premier League this past season, and I think they have 12 players represented at the World Cup. Wolves got relegated with only 3 wins all season, and still sent 7 players, including the starting LB for Norway.

This is where USL should make their money, and is trying to. Get a club within an hour of most people and go all in on promos like minor league baseball does to put fans in seats. That’s how the game grows in the US.

Who’s pretending this?

I don’t know anyone irl that’s watched a single World Cup game

Your title is probably why. There are too many rules you fart sniffers make up. You’re not allowed to express too much interest unless you can adequately prove you’ve watched enough soccer previously. But only the right kind of soccer. If you fail this test, well we true soccer fans who were fans first don’t want you.

You’re retarded is what I’m trying to say.

You either have no friends and family or this is one of the worst lies I’ve ever seen on td which is saying something. Both are incredibly sad
