After falling behind 40-15, the Warriors outscore the Lakers 97-55. Luka had 37 but he built a Philly house, while Curry was stroking it to the tune of eight threes. The Warriors are contenders, folks. The Addition of Yaxel, then Jimmy coming back? Curry is probably best at 30-33 minutes. Curry > Luka.

I stand corrected. I thought that all F1 and F2 carried mandatory and/or indefinite sentences, but they do not. Clearly, you're more familiar with Ohio law as I do not live in Ohio (I assume you work in law?), nor do I work in law (finance) but I had a friend just get locked up in Ohio for committing an F1 crime along with two F3's (consecutive sentences) so I was looking some of this stuff up before he received his sentence. I also went to his sentencing.

Parole isn't an option in Ohio unless you're serving an indefinite sentence (rape, murder, etc. as I said before). - What does that have to do with what I stated about Kentucky? Kentucky allows parole for almost all sentences, whereas, according to your statement, Ohio does not.

Judicial release can be granted for any felony level after mandatory sentences have been served, so again inaccurate. No S***, Sherlock, F3s - F5s do not carry a mandatory sentence, which means, Judicial Release can be granted. I did not say Judicial Release was available for F1s and F2s. If there is a mixture, the mandatory sentences have to be served first.

F1s are for 3-11 years but they are definite terms. False. F1 and F2 are indefinite.

I also think, with indefinite sentences, the presumption (at least for F1s and F2s) is that the defendant is released at the minimum time (for an 8-12, he would be released in 8), unless the DOC believes that the defendant should remain in prison due to bad conduct. A different release date is determined, and this process repeats until the defendant is released, or he reaches the maximum term (in this case, 12).


All this interests me. In an alternate universe, I would be a Judge.

Either way, I think he should get at least 12-36 months (I would think this would get pleaded down to an F3 or even an F4).
