Alabama has added two FCS opponents to its future football schedule.
According to FBSchedules.com, the Crimson Tide will host Mercer on Sept. 11, 2027, and Gardner-Webb on Oct. 13, 2029. Both schools will receive $500,000 for traveling to Tuscaloosa.
Alabama has faced Mercer five times previously, most recently in 2024. The 2029 matchup with Gardner-Webb will be the first meeting between the two programs.
The Mercer game will come one week before Alabama travels to face Ohio State in 2027.
