She was born with a vagina, she’s not a woman?

XX = girl
XY = guy

your junk doesn't define what you are, and if you are by some miracle XXY, then you round UP, and fight with the boys.

WRONG……SHE has XY chromosomes. Which means she’s a man. Its science isn’t that what you liberals preached for two years.

Ambiguous genitalia in an infant is very common early on but there is nothing ambiguous about their gender. A female can be born with a protruding clitoris and a male can be born with an inverted or micro penis but that has nothing to do with gender confusion

As stated previously..... I'm sitting this out

Can I quote you on that? I didn’t know you were such a supporter of the trans community!

Got it.

Most likely
Intersexed male

Sex specificity: Male

Could theoretically be an intersexed female with a chimera twin's DNA adsorbed.

But either way there is a scientific answer. Either male or female.

This negates the rest of your post and all the links.

Everyone actually has to take a chromosome test now to confirm gender?

No. Everyone doesn’t.

They certainly don’t have a disadvantage unlike the Italian boxer who was forced to give up her Olympic dreams, but I digress.

What's unique about someone who loses in the Olympics early on giving up their dreams?

I never though I'd see Conservatives arguing for guaranteed equity of outcomes.

That might have to become a determining factor these days.

So it’s basically like if a woman took steroids.

She could also have swyer syndrome where you might have a vag and testes.

I have sympathy for this man/woman. I know she was born androgynous, but if she has too much testosterone(due to whatever biological reason) she can’t compete. Life isn’t fair and this is a safety issue for the other women. This doesn’t make her a bad person. It’s just tough luck and the way life goes sometimes.

It’s extremely rare for someone with Swyer’s syndrome (which is extremely rare) to be able to carry someone else’s implanted egg to term. There’s been fewer than 13 such documented births.

Yeah intersex people are generally sterile.

They have an underdeveloped genitalia.

Agreed 100 percent. But the story just fit too neatly in the trans whirlwind and legitimate controversy over trans participants in sports.

Unfortunately few people actually looked into the story and just retweeted or copy pasta a facebook link.

She's a woman. Always has been. And not even that great of a boxer.

Can't quite say that is true.

They can have external female characteristics. Something like swyer syndrome can even have a uterus but no ovaries.

I agree they should not compete as female but feel badly for them.

I'm ok with people that are biologically intersexed doing whatever they can do. It's a sad case, and sports are usually the last of their worries.

I draw the line when people who are and have been 100% male deciding to play female sports.
