Some of the communities had over 100% of eligible voters vote.
Registered voters is meaningless because the rolls are filled with people who don’t even live there any more and duplicates and dead people. The actual voter turnout was higher than 89%. ...

This piqued my interest.
My nephew runs the 100m at a small college here in Missouri. He ran a new personal best a couple weeks ago that would have put him in 4th in the 2020 Olympics for the Women’s 100.
He came in second. At a DII school track meet. On a random Saturday in Mid Missouri....
