bullshite

One outlet sees the story, then they rush to report it, too. They get their info from the same left wing moles that have been in the military at least since Obama.

You speak with too much confidence.

Could what you are saying be true? Yes.

Is it definitively true? No.

The NYT ran a story about Vance and Caine warning Trump this past week on further escalations in Iran. It's possible that story comes from someone in Vance/Caine's corner, it's possible that someone leaked that to cause division between those parties and Trump. It's possible Trump leaked it to A/B test the reaction to the story (Although I believe Trump would most likely go to Axios).

All these are possibilities that we do not have the requisite information to determine with certainty which is true, or if none are true.

Gateway Pundit lies all the time but you like those lies so you believe it. People post bullshite Tweets from Twitter on here daily that already have a Community Note attached to them but you like those lies as well because you believe them. You are no different.

That’s what I have always thought when these stories hit — there is a Vance/Caine/Gabbard type of faction going to the press with this.

Anyone who reports on matters of national security such as munitions stockpiles should be jailed.

Great.

Now on to the topic - If US munitions are low, what happens with this conflict?

President has powers to force mass production and he should use it.

A responsible Congress would immediately pass funding to pay for it.

Unfortunately money to build weapons and munitions has been siphoned to fraud and unnecessary social programs in the past 20 years.

You can’t possibly be dumb enough to think a few months of targeted strikes could lower US munitions meaningfully. This is a retarded story that poorly educated libs like yourself lap up without any analysis.

I would imagine that this is top secret information... could it be public access?

ABC provided detailed figures as seen below, but there are variations of this story from NYT, CNN, NBC, etc today.
The DOD needs to ID whomever leaked that, and make them very uncomfortable

JD is a politician who undoubtedly has his own ambitions of being president

If he thinks things might go south he absolutely would leak stuff to friendly press to make him look like the moderate or voice of reason in all of this

That way when he answers the inevitable questions at the debates in a couple of years, he can say “I tried to tell them it was going bad, but President Trump believed strongly we should continue. Wasn’t my idea”

It's not the targeted strikes that deplete the munitions. It's the shock and awe in the opening salvo of the conflict
