re: Anyone else wondering if they make it to retirement b/c of AI?
Posted by ronricks on 2/25/26 at 4:47 pm to ghost2most
46 and not nervous at all I’ve been maxing all retirement accounts since 2004 and will be shutting it down in 5 years regardless of AI. I told my company a few weeks ago that if they pay me one years salary and my bonus I’ll walk away now.
Playing in a Football or Basketball game then getting drunk afterwards. Best friends dad owned several gas stations and we would pull our cars around back and load up the trunks from beer cooler every Thursday night for weekend. We would sell 12 packs for $10 and case for $20. Would use the money to buy Waffle House, Drugs, Liquor and all kinds of stuff.
Are they using 16oz gloves?
Put the 4oz MMA gloves on these baws and let the best man win.

Spending 8 Trillion dollars every four years isn't sustainable either. Both parties are doing this.

Pelosi isn't even in the top of traders in congress. All of these people should be in jail

Donald Trump and his supporters are the most thin skinned people in all of politics. Can't handle even the most benign criticisms.
re: Atlanta area posters. Do you like the Buck Belue show in the evenings or the mornings?

Buck should give 50% of his salary to Herschel Walker.

Quit eating fast food.
Eggs are down. That's about it. Beef and Junk food are still sky high and rising. I keep track of this shite due to my diet and my groceries (beef, butter, bacon,) were cheaper under Biden but still high. Trump has been an absolute failure on this.

I want them all gone no matter how brutal
You seem to be an expert.
The two main cartels are Jalisco and Sinaloa.
The minor ones are:
Northeast Cartel
Gulf Cartel
Juárez Cartel
Tijuana Cartel
We should pick one and absolutely obliterate it via our supreme advanced technology. Make it as brutal as possible. Then, tell the other cartels you are next. Nobody is asking for bots on the ground as in 2026 that is just stupid and not needed.
I'm actually headed to Mazatlán in the state of Sinaloa in late March it is a Narco State 100% controlled by the Cartel. My girlfriend is from there. Her parents live on the beach there in a gated neighborhood complete with armed guards. I will report what I see.

We protect our borders.
Apparently not very well. We have millions of Illegal Immigrants here from Mexico.

You paid no attention during the War on Terror.
This was 20 years ago half way around the world.
The Cartels are sitting ducks in Mexico. We know where they are and who is involved.
You seem obsessed with killing a bunch of low level low iq police officers and politicians when nobody has suggested such,
We have the technology to remotely obliterate not only the actual cartel operations but all of their leadership as well. You seem stuck in 2005
Its not even just drone strikes we have weaponry that is not of this world that we haven't even used yet. All of it is remote controlled. 'Test' it on the cartels.

No. Their actual, real economy is massive.
The bulk of their 'economy' is drugs and 'remittances' sent from the United States via their citizens who are Illegal Immigrants here. You take either of those away from Mexico and they are screwed. Why do you think Mexico wants so many of their citizens here and not in Mexico?

No, we are not going to remotely kill thousands of Mexican law enforcement officers, local/state/federal politicians, and military officials. The cartels are completely interwoven into Mexican society.
You seem to be having a hard time understanding this. While the Mexican Government is tied to the cartels those are not actual cartel members. Killing the politicians does nothing. You kill the actual Cartel leaders using the technology we have without risking a single soldier. You destroy their factories and safe houses.

extract the cartels
You don't extract them. You drone them to death or use other advanced technology that we haven't used yet. The Cartels are terrorists you don't 'negotiate' or try to capture them. You kill them. We absolutely have the technology to do this now that we didn't have in 2005. There is ZERO reson for any boots on the ground in Mexico. It can all be done remotely now.
