The records for the congressional pensions are a treasure trove. I believe you can obtain them from Genealogy.com. That’s how my mom located it.

I am. My great ancestor crossed the Delaware with George Washington in December 1776. We were able to find his affidavit he filed in court to receive his congressional veteran pension after the war. Gives me chills every time I think about it. It also makes me profoundly sad sometimes when I see what the democrat party wants to do to our great American heritage.

You clearly don’t understand the law or how jury trials work. A settlement is not a trial or an admission of wrongdoing.
None of these cases you have cited actually proceeded to trial. A jury would have to decide whether there was a constitutional violation and whether the person deserved money.
