That’s correct. The US Fifth Circuit declined to act fast enough so these leftwing activists took their cause to SCOTUS and were able to get a temporary pause from a bleeding heart justice.

So SCOTUS decided to interfere with the US Fifth Circuit’s handling of this ridiculous class action on a Saturday morning over Easter Weekend. Unbelievable.
Meanwhile, this same SCOTUS was fine with allowing the theft of the 2020 election, vaccine mandates in the military, and the sentencing of the President Elect on trumped up charges.
Make it make sense.

I think Alexandria has kept its Confederate monument in front of the Rapides Parish Courthouse, despite pressure from outside agitators to remove it.
