They all seem like they have cheese for brains. The judge seems to be only worried about what the paper he delivered as a lad says about him.

Yeah I'm assuming the defense misspoke since they literally submitted a request with preduidice.

If the jury does what’s right and acquits on all charges the evidence tampering will be moot in regards to Kyle. Now sanctions and disciplinary action that’s separate. Let’s hope the jury has the balls to do what’s right.

The defense needs to shut Fattie up. Stop allowing him to speak. Ask the judge to get his fat arse under oath. Binger and Fattie have liked this entire trial.

Nope. He followed up saying he knows that means we do it all over again and the state will prosecute again. So sounds like they've already talked with Binger and if there is a mistrial without prejudice the state will 100% try again.
