Even if it’s a mistrial without prejudice it’s still a win for Kyle. He will be able to get rid of his completely incompetent shite attorneys and get decent counsel for the next trial.

They already have a motion filed for mistrial with prejudice. He was saying that they would plan to file motion for mistrial without prejudice. It is ridiculous.

Maybe they can get their shite together and make a comprehensive case for "with prejudice" should there be any convictions OR a hung jury.

There’s no way in hell a mistrial with prejudice is granted. Could it be? Yes Fatlock is dirty as hell but the public perception would be so atrocious to the masses that don’t understand how the justice system works. It will be a full acquittal or mistrial without prejudice and they will tee it up again next year.
