If this gets to the court of appeals and Wisconsin supreme court, these prosecutors and judge aren't going to fare well.

I'm afraid there is some frickery afoot folks. I don't think they are going to let Kyle get through this unscathed, even his own defense team seems to have turned on him.

Our current standoff: The jury doesn't want to find Kyle innocent because they fear people will come after them and the judge doesn't want to rule on the motion to dismiss because he is fearful of what the media will say about him.
