Looks like the judge wants the jury to come back with an acquittal. If they don't, he's going to call a mistrial.

Okay - judge just admitted that he wants the jury to bail him out.
At least if there is a conviction, it will be mistried.

The defense counsel is horrible. You cannot conceded with prejudice!

Fat Boy acting like computers have a mind of their own because he knows the judge has no idea what is going on.

New conspiracy. Prosecution is trying to throw case for Kyle, defense is paid to take him down.
Tough line to toe.
ETA: wait what? Defense moved for no prejudice? Is that right?

It doesn’t matter if the defense was aware of it. It matters that you had it and gave them a degraded version.

exactly
the judge wants a not guilty verdict so he's not on the hook

Irrelevant.
"Alongside" isn't "in possession" of.
And it isn't the copy the state had. Period. Fatlock admitted that.

Prosecutors should be held to perjury charges for lying like this.

Judge says he will not address the motion to dismiss until the jury decides if they want to rewatch the 2nd drone video

Jury is patiently waiting for videos, fatlock is slimy as ever, judge is out of touch, and defense has laid down.

Fatlock is running his mouth hoping the point eventually comes to him

Oh god..can the lawyers actually use law.
Wasn’t a glitch. They gave them the wrong thing. They failed to go get the evidence originally. They didn’t authenticate it.
Has to be the exact same thing..come on defense. Be lawyers.

He knows that the judge will agree with him if he talks long enough.
Posted on 11/17/21 at 2:23 pm to Wiseguy
His defense has been weird for most of this trial.
Posted on 11/17/21 at 2:23 pm to TigersSEC2010

Well, it's worked the entire time with the Judge siding with the State on virtually everything except the constitutional issue and something he had already ruled on.
