It's hard to argue against a few simple facts:
Kyle, killed criminals.
Kyle, defended himself.
Kyle, attempted to retreat.
If the country had more Kyle Rittenhouse types, the riots would have ended with a whimper.

I could be completely wrong because my knowledge, or lack thereof, on court proceedings, is completely based off of watching Investigation Discovery.
Is it too late to choose bench trial over jury trial? With that statement from the judge - I'm asking for a bench trial.

Rex needs help. If he can't tell the difference between a victim and an instigator, he is lost. From what I understand Kyle didn't go around hunting for people to shoot, they came to him. I'm no brain surgeon but I know if I'm armed with a skateboard I'm not taking a swing at someone carrying a gun.

I like how the armed felon who tried to disarm rittenhouse so the other people in the violent mob can kill him... is still walking around free. Not only is he walking free, he even feels arrogant enough to sue the city.. because the cops didn't stop rittenhouse from defending himself.
Dude probably thinks that the cops should've held rittenhouse down so the mob can have an easier time trying to kill him. The rights of an angry leftist supersedes the rights of everyone else.

You can see the video that they are about to literally mob and kill Kyle if he didn’t act on his account… nobody else was going to
