It might be higher now with illegals and Dem fraud, but the historical bedrock number for Dem POTUS voting is around 40%.

In 2014 I worked a contract gig there and stayed in an AirBNB a few blocks from that camera. I did a lot of walking around that area and it had some homeless, but the tents were well to the east at that time.
That problem has mushroomed.
