If only people understood percentages and per capita as well as they think they do. White women and Asian women far outpace Black women and Hispanic women statistically. Where Black women outperform the other races is the amount of degrees by women of their race vs the men of their race.

52% of White women are college educated
29% of Black women are college educated
23% of Hispanic women are college educated
That 29% of Black women though hold 64% of all Bachelor degrees earned by their race. They also hold 71% of all masters degrees earned by their race, and 66% of all doctorates earned by their race.

I came across one of these… she was my son’s speech therapist in the school district.
I was absolutely stunned at how fricking dumb she was. I pulled him out after the second or third week. She was furniture dumb. And a friggin speech therapist. My son had her surpassed in 3rd grade and they thought HE needed help, she was going to drive him backwards .

She’s right. The wisest and sharpest folks I know in the workplace are black women.
