This whole canard originated from a statistic regarding the portion of blacks with college degrees that were either female or male. The women were about 70% of all of those degrees. Now because neither the women nor the men are very good a math, this got interpreted as "70% of all black women have college degrees."
They are too dumb to make a cogent argument that they are not.
