To vote for a democrat you’d have to be a socialist or a communist or solely vote based on identity politics.

I’ll grant you this - voters are stupid in general and vote for ridiculous sht reasons.

I’ve been having a number of debates with folks in the New Orleans area regarding the recent ICE activities.

Most I talk with are anti ICE and pro asylum.
It’s all emotional arguments unfortunately.

What I’d like are intelligent, unemotional answers for the following and maybe some here can help:

Shouldn’t the blame for illegal immigration be placed on the country of origin? Why are their people leaving? Also, the previous administration opening the border and waving people in created this situation. Knowing the damage this causes from a PR and media standpoint. Emotional people will give it all away. Not unlike the 2nd amendment when a school gets shot up. Emotional people would give away rights for the sake of “safety”.

Given their love for their native country, coming to America for economic reasons is nothing more than robbing a bank, no? Is America a country or an economic zone? Even a large percentage of Americans feel no allegiance to this land.

If you also don’t want voter ID in place, then isn’t this just importing votes? Won’t those receiving tax payer funded lives vote for the party that will take from the tax payer and give them that life? How is this not bribery?

51% of this country doesn’t fully produce and deposit into the collective. Why is that okay? Are there jobs beneath Americans? Importing labor is morally right?

Culturally what are American values at this point? Even Americans want the country to fall from within and remake its image in that of what exactly?

Remove the emotion and please help me understand these answers.
