As someone who worked in the service industry in college, I will take the mid 30's to mid 40's white moms out for a night out without the kids. They tend to tip very well after a few drinks.

She's correct! Black females obtain higher education degrees at rates higher than all other segemtns.
Now most of the education they receive is worth about the same as a prize at the bottom of a cracker jack box!
