Although it was an iconic comeback, LSU was terrible that year and had a losing record. Like 11-16 or something. It wasn't some gigantic game that people all over were watching like LSU vs. Georgetown in the Dome which was truly iconic with the biggest regular season attendance of all time at the time for the NCAA.

It's not personal for me. He seems like a good guy and represents LSU with class, etc., but he is doing a really bad job as the head coach and it's a results business. He had one decent year when we finished with 9 SEC wins. In the other three years combined, he has a total of 7 SEC wins. That is beyond bad.
Also, LSU's brand of basketball is boring to go along with being bad. We don't press or do anything special to improve our status. The excitement is completely gone from the PMAC and there doesn't seem to be any hope for improvement after nearly 4 years. It's time for a change.

If Verge can't find a way to fire him this year, it's a gigantic failure. McMahon has killed the program and LSU would honestly send the message that they are content having an atrocious basketball program. If they hold on to him, every blue hair should cancel their season tix that they continue to buy for an awful product.

I love Little Caesar's even more now. Cheap and good for what it is. And I find that their product has stayed consistent while a number of the other pizza places have gone noticeably downhill.

Yeah, the most disappointing part about this is our dumbass political leaders clutching their fake-arse pearls and making this into a story when it clearly shouldn't be for anyone with a brain who has attended Mardi Gras before. Newsflash, our new mayor is still a moron. This "story" needed no comment from her or Morrell like it was some national emergency. It's just a few dolls hanging from a bead or attached to a bead.
