Yale is one of the most woke and liberal Universities on the planet. Yale doesn't concentrate on training Joe Blow Family Medicine Physicians. They train Academic Physicians and Surgeons whose mission is to train Doctors how and why the woke medical way. It's not inconceivable at all that Yale would initiate this kind of study.

You see the wishlist that was pumped out earlier this year? They've got to pay the Military Industrial Complex for the frick up's that need to be fixed, the future frick up's in the planning stages, and the frick up's already under construction. The Pentagon has a massive problem called Congress. Instead of purchasing the best available equipment from wherever, Congress mandates everything be American made to keep their financial contributions coming in from Defense Contractors
