How the frick does someone in Busch's position die from Sepsis? This isn't something you wake up with out of the blue. Sepsis spreads over time shutting down organs. Time is a social construct, not a physical manipulation of nature. Time zones and special time seasons are human manipulations mostly implimented for economic and transportation considerations. The Earth, as it rotates on its axis, and produces the different hemispheric seasons are natural manifestations, as are longest and shortest days, which have no natural relation to time.
They're going to bring up what happened in the Seventies. It was widely supported at first, but when winter came, and the sun didn't rise until 8:30 in a lot of major cities, crime rose unexpectedly, and the thought of energy savings turned out to be the exact opposite, the law was immediately reversed.
