A jury of your peers does not have anything to do with RACE.
It also does not mean someone of the same age or socio-economic background.
The usual suspects are trying to gin up racism when there is none to be found.

Possibly only to the extent that the more THEY bark it up, the less likely chance there is for any possibility of it sticking on appeal.

This sounds like someone trying to be excluded from the jury. Might have a job or small business and doesn’t want to be tied up for 30 days. Also might realize the perp is guilty AF and doesn’t want to get lynched by the Foxtrot November crowd after he votes to convict.

If you pay attention at all on social media you will easily notice that 9/10 blacks do not have the ability to be fair & unbiased when one of their own is accused of a crime. It’s astounding!

Before they placed a gag order on everything, I had heard that the video is brutal and very clear cut.

I've reached the point where I no longer care about being labeled a "racist." White people who value law and order, civility, trust, consideration of other's peace and quiet, property, their family's safety, and desire to be left alone... should just move away from black people. Move somewhere there are no or very few of them and move places where they don't want to move.
I grew up in the Deep South and had black friends all my life, but about 2013 or so I noticed a big change with the rhetoric and vitriol for white people coming from the Democrats and the left. Black friends I had known for years started saying really hateful, angry things about white people that I had never heard from them before. After 15 years in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, I moved out of state to get away from high crime and a demographic of people who it had become obvious, hate me and people who look like me. The company I moved out of state to work for laid off 90% of its workforce. So, I had to move elsewhere for work. It's nowhere near like New Orleans or Baton Rouge, but there's too many here for my comfort level where I am now, and many of them are trashy types that have moved here from Chicago and Milwaukee because leftist liberals in this town pander to them so hard and give them free shite. I plan on leaving within the next couple years, if not sooner. I see it getting worse every day. For me, at this point in my life, it's easier and much better for my blood pressure and desire to stay alive and out of prison, if I stay away from them.

I'm not well versed on jury selection, but aren't the jurors for the prosecution and defense agreed to by their respective lawyers?
