Have you not looked at the unruly white/Indian iPad kids around the Drip or wherever you live and how they abuse hotel staff, waiters, etc.? Dig deep on the Reddit forums about servers and hotel workers, or look at how the Braxtyn and Breydens act during travel ball. We don't stay in team hotels for a reason; their parents, paying $25k per kid in private school tuition, and $10k a year in sports fees, still act like assholes.
And yet they aren't shooting or killing someone.

I would imagine that the private prison industrial complex lobbied for this. I wonder how many state politicians are invested in private prisons in texas.
I just checked. Well well well.
Several Texas politicians have received campaign contributions from for-profit private prison companies like GEO Group and CoreCivic, notably including John Cornyn, Ted Cruz, and Henry Cuellar. While public disclosure reports track campaign donations from private prison political action committees (PACs), direct personal stock ownership or financial investments by individual lawmakers are less commonly documented and change frequently.

Non partisan pew research stated that 63% of liberals admitted they suffer from mental health issues. So you have those people pushing issues. Then there are these people on the lower end of the intelligence spectrum.
In the US:
16% of the Black Americans have an IQ of 100 or above.
40% of Hispanic Americans have an IQ of 100 or above.
50% of White Americans have an IQ of 100 or above.
65% of Asian Americans have an IQ of 100 or above.
However, 50% of Black Americans have an IQ below 85. The highest of all races. Why does this matter?
According to the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD), American Psychiatric Association and numerous clinical psychologists, an IQ under 75 indicates cognitive disability, a childlike approach to problems, struggle with long-term consequences and a propensity to violence due to lack of emotional intelligence & communication skills.

Having a sheriff win sheriff of the year in the US twice, get inducted into the louisiana political hall of fame, get told by the fbi to retire or get indicted.
Oh, and that chief of police in broussard years ago that supposedly committed suicide? As a police officer, you know the worst place to shoot yourself is in the gut. Agonizing slow death. If he was gong to kill himself, he wouldn't shoot himself n the gut. He met with a good friend of his the night before in a cemetery. Told his friend that the fbi subpoenaed him to testify before a grand jury. Next day or so suicide? Yeah OK.
