yall crying about Massie, Massie pledge that he would only serve 3 terms max. He was running for #7. He was becoming the swamp. Sure he would vote against most spending, however he would happily vote for pork in his district.

Yeap my family is about the average median income (though only 1 income by choice) and with subsidies it would have been about $650/month for insurance that doesn't. work until a $16,000 deductible is paid. That is paying $23,800 before insurance pays.

Rates won't be 3% again. It got that low due to quantitive easing of fed rates.

mortgage rates are low compared to historical averages. You are not going to get 3% again and nor should we.

re: CNN reports only D+3 generic Congressional ballot. How is this possible w/ redistricting?
Posted by AubieinNC2009 on 5/12/26 at 12:32 pm to Covingtontiger77
because this is a generic who are you voting for (D/R) not a projects of seats being flipped.
The generic polls typically always lean Dem +4 or more. This is not focusing on tight race areas or anything in particular. Just calling and asking, if you voted today would you vote for democrat or republican.
