What's worse, I got to attend several Immigration Court hearings with him and my take away was that although I support what they are doing, the ICE attorneys and the Judges seemed inexperienced and a lot less knowledgeable about the law. My nephew won several people's release from detention on bond. (I didnt even know that was possible for illegals) and got one guy his green card. That was just in the few days I was there. Several other of his co-workers had similar success.
Unfortunately the national judiciary is at a minimum 60-70% occupied by liberals, from judges to law clerks, it's a safe space for liberals.
I think what's become quite obvious over the past 30-40 years is the fact true justice is impossible in the US. Justice is determined by the makeup of the local judiciary and the citizens in that particular jurisdiction.
You know the judiciary is extremely flawed when you can take any court case and switch the case to a different jurisdiction and get a different outcome and quite frequently the outcome is vastly different.

I'm now left wondering what if anything should be done to stop these guys.
We are a nation of the laws, and we should aspire to continue to be. Work within the laws. If the laws are inadequate, we should change them. The biggest change we need to make is to get rid of the birthright citizenship. That will take an amendment. We should get busy on that amendment.
Yes, and a majority of Americans want birthright citizenship abolished for every immigrant who is not in the nation legally and working towards citizenship and assimilation.
A majority of Americans also want Congressional term limits and a hard ban on members of congress trading stocks. A majority of Americans also want no statute of limitations for members of congress or those working in the federal government for knowingly and willfully commit crimes while in the service of the American people.
I wonder why Congress doesn't do the will of the people.....hmmmm?

Everything.
If someone is here illegally, they should be taken straight to a fricking airport or seaport and shipped out. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.

. He represents illegals who the government is trying to deport. He has had a lot of success and has quickly been promoted to lead attorney at his firm. I was having a hard time feeling good about his success because of how much I disagree with what he is doing.
Did you ask how he would feel if one of his illegals raped or murdered in innocent citizen after he got him released back onto the streets?

Can you really love the kid while he actively and effectively works against your beliefs?
I don't see why not. The kid obviously believes there's a legal (and likely believes a moral) need for what he's doing. He's not breaking the law by doing it, if anything he's exposing where the breaks are in the system which need to be addressed.
While I don't agree with him, he should at least be respected for following a path which is successful despite the popular sentiment against his profession and the particular specialization he's chosen to get into.
If you can only love those who believe as you do because they believe as you do, is that really love?
This all goes back to one of the things we no longer practice as the Left has gotten so deep into their Batshit Crazy fringe: you can disagree without hating one another for it.

I would like to see more of the 5th column that Obama and Biden brought in sent home as well.

Your post is less than believable.
It is fine whether you believe it or not. But my guess is that I am as conservative, if not more than most. I'm one of the few who believes that our Constitution, as it exists, gives way too much cover and protection to those who want to destroy us. I am a theonomist. I believe in this being a Christian nation, but our laws are not built to let this happen.
For my nephew it pains me to see him 180° from my beliefs and those of most of his family (dont get me started on his commie mother). However, I love him as my blood regardless. I am proud of his intelligence, work ethic and personal success. I just wish it was being put to better ends.

Right. Private firms will take $100K from an organization to represent illegal aliens.

I honestly had no idea this was a real specialty, but the kid of one of my college roommates is one.Turns out illegals hire him to try to keep them from being deported. I dont see how that is even possible. I figured if they get caught they get deported, end of story. Apparently though this kid is really good and wins a lot of his cases.

Just because he is good at what he does doesn’t magically make his work necessary or just, why is that difficult for you to understand? It’s pretty straightforward, entering the country illegally is a crime regardless of your feelings.

Yeah you caught me. I've been doxxed before and was trying to cover tracks. The 56 year old memory failed me.

Liberal Politics is the religion of the Left. That is why they are so determined and dedicated to its purpose. It’s just a job for the government lawyers.

Guilty people with good lawyers should still go to prison with the best lawyers. I don't blame the defense lawyers... I blame the jury or in the case of immigration the judges.

Does anyone actually believe this story?
