He said yes they definitely were
He said they were not. A nurse and a lawyer.

Very. I refuse to raise liberal children. They will be productive members in society, know right from wrong, and have good morals. Liberals ruin everything and are morally corrupt in every aspect.
Fair enough, but how would you react/do if they did become liberal?

Nope

Teach them what our family values now and they can decide for themselves later.
Well of course, but would you be disappointed if they took another path?

Hard to imagine your parents would be ok with open borders and all this tranny stuff
Honestly, the Dems have moved more toward where they already were. They are kum by yah liberals from way back. Openly gay friends, bi-racial couples, socialized medicine from way back.

My parents are elderly now and I love them dearly, but they are very liberal for having been raised in the South. This is nothing new. I grew up in gentler times of the 70s and 80s, but I always knew where they stood politically. To their credit, they never told me what I had to believe, but it was not until I was out of the house that my views began to change.
I am sure that some here have raised their children in conservative homes, only to have them grow up to be much less conservative.
Is this something that bothers you? Why do you believe your kids went a different direction when other folks' kids did not?

Outside of schedule strength, is it preferable for UGA for Tech to be good in the Big 3 sports?
As an old fart who can remember the football series being a lot more even, I think it would be preferable for Tech to be horrible and drop a division and for us to play only regularly.
UGA benefits a lot from being the only program in the State that matters. Tech gets a ton more respect nationally than they do in state and I like it that way.

Of course.
I've never pretended to be anything but hyper partisan. It's hypocritical, but I dont care.
Should elected officials listen to those who don't vote for them?

In very polarized areas where the elections come back with results like 51/49, should a representative moderate his position to better represent those who didnt vote for him or should he act as though he has a mandate?

Too bad we dont have a time machine. We could put that magnificent orange bastard in it and he would have had a peace deal in 24 hours.
You really have to admire the ingenuity.
re: Stand-by Generator for home. Worth it?

It really is worth it if you live in a place with regular long term power outages. In NW GA in my lifetime we have only had 2 or 3 outages in the last 50+ years that lasted more than a few hours. That is what keeps me from pulling the trigger.

Tried talking to your wife but she couldn't talk- had something in her mouth. So I turned the tv on and drank a beer. Her head was perfect for holding my beer.
She's dead but I did put a cup holder on the urn. Enjoy!

Man, wish I could help but your test was positive. No cure. Prayers for you and your family.
You may need to talk with your wife then.

My Dawgs are in a great spot, but I cant get over the joke by Coke being good at anything. It always feels like the whole world is out of order when they are ranked above Georgia in tiddlywinks on up.
UCLA is simply out of my field of vision. I feel like they haven't played anyone.
Help me out here.

The ones complaining about empty stadiums need to go back and look at attendance in "the golden age". Not good.
