a woman is a liberal, that means that our values are polar opposites. Definite deal-breaker. Mrs. Tantal, a beautiful SoCal girl, asked about my political leanings on the first date. She and her family (siblings, parents, grandmother, uncle, etc.) all moved to Texas from CA to get away from the liberal bull shite.

I feel the same about far right conservatives. Thankfully, we realized that we were, for the most part, aligned early on. If my spouse’s views changed, I’d file for divorce immediately. There’s no way that our relationship could survive an ideological difference like that. So, better to quickly end things.

I just wouldn't want to date anyone stupid enough to not see their own hypocritical ironic lack of awareness, regardless of their political leanings.

Democrats tend to be 1 of 2 types of people:

1. Stupid, gullible and uninformed people who make decisions based on emotion or "ideal state" dreamland bullshite.

2. Smart extreme narcissists who think they are the leaders of the group in #1, so they are morally unimpeachable while wielding the writ of the ignorant masses as a cudgel to beat others into submission.
