They just need to go back to the old jersey tops now. They’re on the right path and got the logo right. Just need to go a little further

If that’s true then LSU is truly fricked

Yeah like Nebraska
re: Which of your schools plan on boycotting LSU this season?

Forfeited wins don’t count towards post season play. Also the Baton Rouge economy would lose tens of millions of dollars in lost revenue not having 4-5 home SEC football games

Ima laugh if y’all win the TRO hearing then every program in the SEC refuses to play y’all

It’s carried enough weight in y’all’s mind that you think Ole Miss is behind the media blitz against this

Old Miss talking about academic requirements….

quote:Yeah the judge that started this is just coincidentally in Baton Rouge. Not to mention an NFL head coach said before this all started that Kiffin reached out about Wright, one of the main players in this TRO.
The school is doing it?
You seriously think the Big Ten and SEC are that stupid?

quote:Yall keep bringing that up like it’s somehow equivalent. Y’all know it’s different and y’all know where the line is and it was crossed. No professional players, period. That’s the line and LSU is openly going against that. Even when their own conference makes rules against it. You think the Big Ten wants that headache?
Apologies for following the court of law like Ole Miss did against the NCAA 's rules.
Hell they basically came out and said 2 years ago they wanted nothing to do with Florida State because how they were going about trying to leave the ACC

LSU doesn’t meet the academic requirements
Also, you think the Big Ten is going to take a school that knowingly defied its current conference and had players file TROs so they couldn’t be punished by league rules? Which by the way, the Big 10 has those same rules.
Yeah I’m sure they would love to have that join their conference. And y’all can say all you want “it’s the players not LSU filing these lawsuits!” but everyone knows who is behind this.

I 100% think it’s possible if Thursday goes against the SEC. It’s what got Texas Tech to back down in their whole debacle.
I don’t think LSU will be kicked out of the conference truly but schools refusing to play against them? I absolutely think that could and would happen

quote:Cant file a TRO and force teams to play you though. Each school can stand to lose one televised game this year. LSU would be losing 9 weeks of television revenue and the Baton Rouge economy would be losing tens of millions of dollars with no home SEC football games.
SEC and there’s nothing the SEC can do about it.
Let me guess though. You think y’all would sue institutions individually for “damages”

LSU was the 6th most viewed team on television last year, in a year they went 7-6.
You think ESPN/ABC would continue showing y’all after its cash cow kicked you to the curb?

quote:They would be better suited to be independent or go to the Big 12. Because if LSU did get kicked out, the SEC would immediately take 2-3 ACC schools. Probably FSU, Clemson and North Carolina
There is zero chance the Big 10 would take LSU. Now, I'm sure the ACC has already called to extend an invite, but I would think LSU would test out operating as an independent.

Sorry I forgot the 2 players on your roster that filed a TRO in Baton Rouge and amended it to block the SEC from punishing LSU and its coaches after the SEC made a rule totally had nothing to do with LSU

Still a rule. Have to follow it

LSU would function extremely well as an independent. But im sure the B12 would absolutely be fun to shite on every year.

quote:How are you still saying y’all aren’t breaking rules when y’all are having TROs filed to prevent the league from enforcing rules?
Imagine being so much of a bitch you want to throw out a founding member of the conference for NOT BREAKING ANY RULES.
If your logic is “it’s not LSU doing that” then you’re not debating in good faith
