You'll get over it. I had a similar issue. Dated a chick for a year before realizing that we just weren't aligned on very important issues, namely parenting and finances. It sucked because she's a smokeshow, we had a great time together, and she's a genuinely good person. I just knew that those two issues would eventually drive us apart, so I walked away. Ended up meeting an even bigger smokeshow whose values were perfectly aligned with mine a few months later and married her.
The 'Beetus can't do its work fast enough with this stupid bitch.
