What I hate the most about college sports is how much it reflects all the negative stereotypes that makes the reasonable American misanthropic.
Stupid arse lawsuits every five minutes, people switching employers basically at a whim because of money, reality TV drama, etc; college sports used to be a reasonable escape from that kind of shite. Now it’s all just an extension of all that.
Sound like a broken record, but I miss when they only real gossip about college football athletes was Rhett Bomar working at a dealership or Darren McFadden driving a funny looking car during the week.
