How do you think the Trump era will be characterized?

* As the moment America turned its back on its founding principles?
* As the moment when America RETURNED to its founding principles?
* As the moment when it became clear there were two irreconcilable factions in our country that could not co-exist together?
* As a temporary respite from the inevitable march to global communism?

What say you, PT Board?

“What was his contribution, over eight years, to the national debt”. I ask, because looking back that one thing is why our economy degraded to collapse”

None of the above. But then, I cannot, nor do I care to, predict the future.

The majority looking back 100 years from now will be current minorities and view all of this era as good. Policies that led to their conquest of a Western European Born world power

The people selling our future currently won’t be around to care that a nation was lost for their great great grandchildren. They will be ruled by some future demographic and deal with it. Whether it be a Hispanic or a Muslim government, communist or capitalist.. it won’t be up to them.

Nobody ever wants to admit that when republicans, even NY ex democrat, have to flood the streets with printed money it should come with disclaimers such as GB with terrorist acting out on top of the tech driven bubble and then housing crush from Democrats subprime push for every low income person to have a top end home regardless. Or the disastrous outcome of 8 years of DEI Obama on the country then Trump having listened to the stupidity of flooding the country with money, you have to cripple it to make it better thoughts of democrats and RINO’s alike. Then you have an administration run by a group of leftist with an asterisk figurehead who somehow was responsible to even greater DEI corruption than all others combined. All this while Karen drinks to much caffeine to have kids and Chad drinking soy lattes while putting on his makeup to care about what the actual phuck they do to the country. Hopefully in 100 years people will be able to even read about why

I predict that in 100 years people will watch videos to learn about our history because 90% of them will be too illiterate to read books.

They'll look back and still fail to understand how an entire political party and their constituency failed to recognize the significance of the "Y" Chromosome.

Seriously.

And that's if we even make it that long. If the all-encompassing surveillance State is completed in the next ten years as planned, the history books will all be rewritten and the truth will be lost forever.

We're in really big trouble right now, and over half of the nation refuses to acknowledge it.

zero. 0000000000. presidents do not control the purse. do you people not get this fact? Congress controls the money. we can judge everybody's intelligence with this point right here. you are not smart if you say or imply a president is responsible for national debt.

They'll see Trump as an exasperated Mom dragging a shrieking toddler out of Walmart until it can finish its irrational meltdown over not getting some toy.

A messy period of intense factionalism with a one of a kind personality in the star role. Not terribly important in historical terms unless Iran goes very right or very wrong.

Whatever History has to say- In 100 years those people will be reading or watching it in Spanish.

White and Black Democrats are in for a big surprise when Hispanics take the majority. And they are suddenly voted out of offices and power by Latino solidarity.

I think it will be viewed as a reaction to the worst political class in the history of the country.

Politicians on both sides over a few decades were so bad at governing, that it created the space and necessity for a response like Trump to happen.

Whether the Trump era resets things in a good way will be determined by the leaders who get their shot once his term ends.

As much as the establishment political class hates Trump, they’re the ones who made President Trump possible.

If another Democrat President isn't elected in the next 100 years, then everything you say would be true.

But, to be truthful ...

100 years from now, this country will be so liberal that even libs today would say it's too liberal.

All it takes is one Democrat President and all of what's happened in the last few years will be removed.

Trump will be looked at as Adolph Hitler or worse.

You think that’s what’s causing our trillions in debt?? Are we nation building again? Your display of ignorance never disappoints.
