He always freaks out for some reason over UF being UGA's biggest rival

He has a legitimate argument. There are plenty of UGA fans who still consider GT the primary rival. And I’m certainly open to the discussion that I might be in the minority.

Change happens.

Good job maintaining your integrity.
Rankings bullshite until October, arguably until the brackets are set; even more so until end of season.
Awesome. Kirby and staff seem to be almost aways working.

They need to win more of those, though.

It does to me. That’s what “my book” means.

I don’t think I implied I was representing or arguing for UGA, or anyone else.

Maybe you should take some time and make an effort to try to understand them.

While I don’t think Kimmel’s joke was THAT bad (I would never say it. And I didn’t laugh at it.), I also think he’s full of shite in his explanation about it.

Except Georgia tech is our biggest rival

Not in my book. They were for decades when I was younger. But not now.

Just my average as grits opinion.

All I can say to the dudes planning to practice meditation and commune with Bambi in the woods during the collapse of our country, I’m glad my ancestors didn’t take this route in the 1700s. At least they gave us about 220 good years

I certainly don’t claim to be an expert on the founders of the United States of America. But I do read a little bit.

I have no clue about your ancestors. But there are plenty of examples of our founders practicing self-reflection and introspection; as well as solitude, walking, and thinking in nature, if you read some of the journals of John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, and others.

Also, during this “collapse of our country”, what else would you recommend for those of us who are trying to improve ourselves?

Short of a miracle grassroots campaign where an average Joe like ourselves gains some viral fame and successfuly runs for president, there's not a lot you can do to change the country as a whole. You personally can't combat the MSM and social media narratives and brainwashing that's the root of the problem. You can't drain the swamp and curb illegal immigration and cut out unnecessary spending and shrink the size of the federal government and prosecute corruption and on and on and on... The best you can *personally* do is put the phone down and turn off the news, avoid social media for large chunks of time. Breathe the fresh air outside, play with your kids, love and hug on your wife tightly, go to work and be a person people like to be around while getting your shite done. Do something productive when you have to and something you enjoy when you have extra time. Slow down and take time to walk through the woods and see some deer up close, stroll the beach, climb to the pinnacle of a mountain, find something cool or interesting out in the woods/wilderness on Google earth and go find it. "The problem" that needs solving is solved by everyone else doing the above too. You'll never personally change anyone else's mind on the opposite end of the spectrum whether through words or force. The best you can do is live your own life to the fullest and enjoy every second you can with your loved ones. The world isn't so bad and we live in the greatest country and greatest time on earth when you put your phone down.

This is some what I have been trying to do for several years. It’s working for me.

In addition, just speaking for me, what needs to be fixed FOR ME can only be fixed BY ME. That requires introspection, humility, and actual work on self. Looking in the mirror has been painful but rewarding. I believe I am a better person than I used to be. Still flawed, but better.

That’s just what’s working for me. I have no desire or need to prescribe it for anyone else.

Whatever bullshite story you posted from X is no longer there.

I can definitely identify with that. All the rest is just stuff.

Just my opinion, no better than anyone else’s.

Happy Friday, everyone!

How’s everybody doing today?

Overall, I probably shouldn’t complain. I’m trying to be grateful.

And if I did complain, what good would it do to me?

I hope y’all have a great weekend.

We are?

Yeah. I missed it too.

Wife and me were both talking about how we liked Ty, based on what little we know of him on TV.
