Whoops I guess not right

If Biden would have gotten this going ( hold on till I finish busting a gut) and gas was this high not one of these mealy mouth people would be whining about. Nobody likes spending money on higher prices but some see forest through trees, some never saw a forest

Gas prices may by high temporarily but if there is a chance to conclude Iran’s stranglehold then press hard then harder

You really think that Vance being called back because of a peace accord? A president would not pull people into that situation over peace, strike force absolutely

“Notably, at the end of the trust's one-hundred-year term, Wisner expressly granted all of the trust's immovable property to the City of New Orleans”
This is either an opinion or decision, but I would like to see the original wording for them to come to that conclusion. The simple fact of the sunset clause of 100 years either purposely or statutory would have exact wording of ownership. If it declared public entities only then heirs are out. If it didn’t specify public entities specifically then heirs have a vested stake and of course if it addresses heirs then entities are out. That Tulane rejected their 12% and LSU hasn’t been mentioned suggests to me that something odd happened as Tulane is not going to deny receiving funds but they also aren’t going to spend good money chasing questionable money either. They could have said nothing and let it play out.

It it came from Trump all media outlets would be running with it as lead story
Tackling the fraud could solve a lot of issues it seems
I thought you democrats didn’t want fossil fuels. Why are you complaining now about price increases

That guy was not a friend but an employee, good employee but just an employee. I was a bit surprised when call came but I guess his needs overweighted his embarrassment. Never ever had a work issue afterwards in the years after.

If the country isn’t careful Trump may right the ship in 4 years. Immigration, voting, science, economy and next up deficit. Come on democrats put those big boy pants on and join in
Catch 22 on Cali as fast counts will draw questions on how they were able too
Democrats have an easy fix for that. Just delay recovery of republicans votes

Had an employee once who checked into a room after meeting a gal and grabbed a handful hiding. It ended up robbing him, taking his clothes. Called me of all people to please bring him some clothes to leave hotel room. Funny but yet not

Exactly, the chit got real really fast after that. For our part we never laughed so much. On the other friends part I have never seen anyone throw someone out the door and use anything remotely close to a liquid, shampoo, shaving cream, beer, water, soap and whatever else was in that room to scrub himself. Our laughing brought a promise to kick our arses if word got out, as he 6’-5” and framed as linebacker we agreed. But it was funny as chit then and looking back

Saw 2 versions of interpretations, both look to be opinions of 100 years later. Those being that NO, Tulane, LSU & heirs were being paid throughout and the other being NO,LSU & Tulane the bequeathed owners after the 100 years. Those are not the original trust wordings as heirs were apparently getting paid during yet show no inclusion of after the sunset. Again I haven’t seen the original wordings of so obviously just speculation

Have no clue but a sunset in a trust is not arbitrary in interpretation

And as I said that particular piece you showed was not original material but rather decision or argument 100 years later. Quote the original piece if you have access

Paul Pelosi almost dying ? From what naked sword fighting with hammers and 5” nails ? Let’s compare the difference one is a disease that leads to slow death and the other was a gay bash that got out of hand when fulfillment of desire meets unpaid actions. Bring that nonsense you put forth back to your own people beds
If they want the ones that look weird here please don’t engage them in stopping

“ No Bigfoot, no care”
Went down to Cancun with some buds 40 plus years ago and one drunk bud had this this Amazon darker skin broad all over him in the pool area. Me and another guy went to change clothes later on and my bud is laying backwards on the bed while this broad giving him a tongue lashing. She was in her swimsuit still and for whatever reason we we looked down all we could see was these giant feet, well until we noticed how excited “she” was with a bulge in the crack of her behind. We started laughing our arses off till he realized wtf was going on. But I guess what they say is true, big feet and all… He definitely threatened our safety if it had gotten out

No way is the below statement from the original trust as it talks in past tense, “ Wisner required “ or “ the City held the trust” for example, not future description of use. It most definitely is a draft from decision or lawyers for NO
In establishing this trust, Wisner required the City of New Orleans to use funds generated from its use of the land “for the beautification of New Orleans and for the education, health and recreation of the city residents.” As the trust's principal beneficiary, the City held the trust corpus and would receive the bulk of the trust's revenue. Wisner named three income beneficiaries: Tulane University, Charity Hospital, and the Salvation Army. Wisner named the Mayor of New Orleans as trustee. Notably, at the end of the trust's one-hundred-year term, Wisner expressly granted all of the trust's immovable property to the City of New Orleans.
As I mentioned only the original wording of the original trust means anything, everything is is but one sides opinion or final decision, which sometimes has been known to be incorrect
